If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund of the product price! All returns must be pre-authorized and include an RMA number that we provide. Shipping expenses, if any, are non-refundable. -Shipping Info- 
Orders usually ship out within three business days. If a tapestry is not in stock it will take three to ten business days for it to be woven and shipped out.
This is normal and usual shipping time for any quality woven product. Free shipping is offered to those living in the USA. Shipping anywhere else in the world is a flat rate of $39.
