If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund of the product price! All returns must be pre-authorized and include an RMA number that we provide. Shipping expenses, if any, are non-refundable. -Shipping Info- 
Orders normally ship out within three business days. If a Belgian, French or Italian woven tapestry is not in stock it will take one to two weeks to get it in and be shipped out.
Free shipping is offered to those living in the USA. Shipping anywhere else in the world is a flat rate of $39. We do not ship our USA woven products to Australia.
