A woven tapestry rendition of a painting by Bob Pejman. This view from the top of the famous walkway in the village of Bellagio at Lake Como has captivated many visitors for centuries. And that is probably why Pejman chose it as the subject of this painting. He was once quoted as saying, There are no people in my paintings, so you can imagine yourself in the scenes. The scenes are already romantic, but my idea is to make them even more so. Pejman achieves his purpose with this scene, the viewer can definitely imagine himself walking down the winding steps of the village leading to the beautiful blue lake.
