Is a pillow insert included?

No. This is a pillow cover only. The insert is not included.

How is it made?

It is machine woven on jacquard looms and finished by hand, so the design is woven into the fabric rather than printed on it. Size and fiber details are in the description above.

What if I change my mind?

Returns are free within the US for 30 days after delivery. We email you a prepaid FedEx return label. Clearance and custom items can't be returned. Every purchase is also covered by our lifetime warranty.

We ship worldwide for free on orders over $99. All orders ship by UPS from our warehouse in Visalia, California.

Pillow covers:
Most are in stock and ship within 3 business days. If one isn't in stock, it's brought in from Europe, which usually takes 2-4 weeks. We'll let you know if that's the case.

Please keep in mind:
Listed shipping times are typical, but delays can happen for a variety of reasons. We truly appreciate your patience when that happens. Tracking numbers are emailed when items ship.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Orders shipped to locations outside of the USA may be subject to import/duty fees. This can typically run between 5-20% of the value of the order, although they can be more, or no fees may be imposed at all. If imposed, these fees are due to release the package for delivery once it arrives in your country.
