Cancellation Policy

Within 24 hours of placing an order, provided the order has not yet shipped, you have the option to cancel your order for a full and immediate refund. No catch and no gimmicks. It's just that easy! Simply contact us to cancel an order.

We do not sell any of your information. We may periodically notify you about sales and special offers that we have. If you would rather not receive these offers you can unsubscribe.

As is highly common with online retailers, we utilize Google Analytics and FaceBook/Meta to track data when such is available. This may include your age and other demographics. This information is collected strictly for learning and marketing purposes. We also utilize remarketing campaigns. This may cause image ads to appear elsewhere on the web for our store after you have visited our website. This will only occur for up to 30 days. To prevent data tracking you can use a private web browser.

Contacting us at 1-800-519-1976 with a question via text is an option. My initiating a text conversation, you are in effect "opting in" to receive text messages back from us. We will answer your questions the best we can. You always have the option to opt-out by replying STOP.

Ordering Policy

By placing an order on this website you are agreeing to all store policies, including this one. The full amount of the order will be charged at the time you submit your order. Packages must be opened within 30 days of delivery. In the rare event a package is opened after that time and an item is somehow incorrect it will be dealt with at our sole discretion due to the time lapse. Each tapestry is unique, and as such, sizes may differ by up to a few inches from what is stated online. Our shipments are paperless. If you need a hard-copy invoice please print your Order Confirmation sent via email at the time of your order placement.
