30 Day Return Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund! Returns should be requested via email following the instructions below. Actual shipping & handling costs are non-refundable. We kindly ask that you refrain from ordering multiple tapestries with the intent of keeping just one and returning the rest.

Authorized return instructions:
1) Email us at
2) Give us the order number and item number(s) of what you want to return.
3) Wait for us to email the return address and RMA number.
4) Send back the item(s) through UPS, FedEx or USPS.
5) Email us the tracking number.

Once we confirm your return has been delivered we will initiate your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are made directly to the credit card or paypal account used to make the purchase. Returns made without an RMA number or without adhering to the instructions above may incur a penalty or may not be refunded. Return shipments initiated more than 30 days after delivery may incur a penalty.
