What material do you use?
Cotton & Polyester.
Where are they made?
North Carolina, USA.
Are they hand made?
No. They are machine woven on jacquard looms. Nonetheless, skilled people are involved each step along the way. See how our tapestries are made!
Are the images screen printed onto the fabric?
No. All images are woven into the tapestries.
Can you handle a large commercial order?
Yes. We can weave hundreds of tapestries in a matter of weeks. We work with hotels, restaurants, interior designers and more.
Can you meet unique specification and customization requests?
In most cases, yes. Just ask us and we'll let you know if it can be done!

About Shipping

How much does shipping cost?
Small custom orders in the USA will ship for free. Large orders and international orders may be subject to paying actual shipping charges. Please inquire for a quote.
How soon will my order ship?
Typically within 3-6 weeks. Large orders may require a few additional weeks. Let us know if you have a deadline and we will work to meet it.
How do you ship?
Typically via FedEx to most addresses in the USA. We use the U.S. Postal Service for other orders, including International. In cases of very large orders, we may use a freight company and ship on a palette.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships we will email you a tracking number.

About Returns

What is your return policy?
Custom orders are not returnable. Thus, our normal return policy is void for custom orders.

About Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. For large orders we accept and may in fact require payment by check.
Is paying online safe and secure?
Yes. In the bottom right corner of every page you will find our security logo. Click this logo to see that our site is secured with 256 bit encryption, thereby offering the highest level of encryption and security possible. This means you can rest assured that communications between your browser and this site's web servers are private and secure.

How do I maintain/clean a tapestry?
Once mounted on a wall, your tapestry should require very little maintenance. Vacuum your tapestry once or twice a year with your vacuum cleaner's upholstery attachment to remove dust.
Is the rod included?
No. Rods and tassels are sold separately. View rods & tassels here.
