La récolte des ananas - pagoda door, also known as The Pineapple Harvest, originates from a set of ten tapestries called The History of the Chinese Emperor that were initially made for the Rambouillet Castle.

At the end of the 17th century, Jesuit missionaries were returning from China with tales and knowledge that were to influence the royal courts of Europe.

The tapestries, very exotic for the time, were commissioned by Louis Alexandre de Bourbon, son of the King Louis XIV, to the Beauvais Manufacture.

The majority are in stock and ship within 3 business days from our USA warehouse. If not in stock, the tapestry will be brought in from Europe, which typically takes 2-4 weeks. Occasionally it can take longer.

USA Woven Tapestries:
These are made-to-order. Typical production time is 2-4 weeks. Occasionally it can take longer, such as during high volume times.

Listed shipping times are typical, but delays occur occasionally for a variety of reasons. We truly appreciate your patience when this happens! Tracking numbers are emailed as items ship.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Orders shipped to locations outside of the USA may be subject to import/duty fees.
