Missing hanging rod

The hanging rod we ordered with tapestry didn't arrive with the tapestry. We were told 8 days ago it would be sent ASAP but still don't have it and have received no shipping or status updates

Kenneth is completely right. Our team totally dropped the ball on this order. Our sincere apologies! After being notified for the second time about his missing rod we were able to get ourselves together and get it shipped out via an express method. So sorry for the mishap on your order and all the best!
